Multi-tasking and organizational skills

Construction experience - hands-on trade experience in building trades including using different materials, construction methods, estimating materials and labor costs


Recruiting now for:

  • Production Management/ Production Assistant - Understands construction methods and materials, knowledgeable of all building codes, able to work with tradespeople, good customer-service skills, organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, good computer skills. 

  • Lead Carpenters-  Understands construction methods and materials, knowledgeable of all building codes, able to work with other tradespeople, organized, problem-solver, detail-oriented, basic computer skills.


  • Customer Service- Knowledge of construction methods, good computer skills, able to interface with customers, detail oriented, organized, some sales experience a plus, and outgoing personality. Experience in kitchen and bath remodeling is a plus!

  • Trade Partners (subcontractors) - trim specialists, general construction skills, electricians, HVAC, plumbers, roofing, siding, gutters, and all other related construction specialists.
